COMPARISON:

The moment one sets out to find a suitable housing society for a 5 Marla plot in Lahore or any kind of plot on installments in this city, one realizes that Lahore’s real estate sector is filled with illegal societies. CONCLUSION:
Firstly, Dream Housing hasn’t been LDA Approved yet. Upon searching, the society’s name does show up in the list but as an ‘Under Process’ entry. The approval might take a year or two and even then, there are chances that the society might not get approved at all.

The alarming part is that Dream Housing claims to LDA Approved all over its social media ads and posts.

Another thing worth noting here is that the society is spread over a land of 300 acres. Phase-I (Tipu Block) of the plan comprises an area of 100 acres. Phase-II (Ali Block) consists of an area of 200 acres. This, collectively, is almost 2400 Kanal. However, on the list, the total land area map submitted for the LDA application is only 102 Kanal. Therefore, even after getting the approval, chances are that the society’s majority of the land will still be unapproved and thus a risky investment.

On the other hand, Park Avenue is completely LDA Approved and its original scanned NOC is posted all over its social media platforms as well as the society website so that it is easier for potential buyers to access it. (https://parkavenue.pk/lda-approval/)

Secondly, the residential plots in Dream Housing are definitely much more lowly priced as compared to Park Avenue. But the cost of getting these cheaper residential plots can be your whole life’s savings as this society is not LDA Approved and its dishonesty regarding the status of its application points to what kind of agendas its developers hold.

Moreover, the society is definitely not well developed while Park Avenue is developing at an impressive pace with its Boundary wall and roads completed along with an overhead water tank. Park Avenue’s tree plantation drive is also going on in full swing and 70 thousand trees have already been planted. The society is on its way to launch a Food Street soon and the payment plans for its sector shops are already on the website.

Park Avenue’s LDA Approval, amenities, development pace, and soon to be launched street food along with its Green Park Avenue collectively drive make it a much better option to invest in for 5 Marla plots or plots on installment as compared to Dream Housing.
