Palm City claims to be completely LDA Approved on a few of its social media posts but there is not even a single mention of an LDA Approval on its website. Moreover, there is no NOC to be seen anywhere. So after a thorough research, we can confirm that Palm City is, indeed, LDA Approved.

However, the society has 800 plus kanal land and only 561 kanal of the society is approved. So, the society is only partially approved and it seems like the newly introduced sector of the scheme are not approved.

If the society has applied for the approval of extensions, its name with the new extension appears in the list along with the status as ‘Under Process’. But nothing of such nature is shown in the screenshot posted above.

On the other hand, Park Avenue is completely LDA Approved and its original scanned NOC is posted all over its social media platforms as well as the society website so that it is easier for potential buyers to access it. (https://parkavenue.pk/lda-approval/)

While 5 Marla plots in Palm City and 5 Marla plots in Park Avenue, both will come with an LDA Approval (Palm City is only partially approved), the payment plans of both societies differ greatly. Moreover, Park Avenue’s developmental pace is a lot faster than Palm City. Therefore, PAHS is a much better choice for a 5 Marla plot buyer.

All in all, Park Avenue’s LDA Approval, better amenities and quicker developmental pace make it much more suitable for getting plots on installments in Lahore than Palm City.
